At Proform, precision starts with our machinery. We use a Swiss engineered Thalmann TD double folder, a world leading folding machine built for speed, accuracy and flexibility. Its patented kinetic control shaft system keeps force perfectly balanced across the entire length, so every fold is consistent, even on long parts. It folds up and down, so complex parts are made in fewer moves. With automated part flipping, handling is reduced and one operator can run jobs safely. The result is higher precision, shorter lead times and repeatable quality, job after job.
