This high-performance tray profile is available in pre-painted steel (0.55 mm), aluminium (0.80 mm), copper (0.55 mm), and zinc (0.70 mm), offering exceptional design flexibility and long-term durability. With variable pan widths ranging from 150 mm to over 500 mm and seam heights up to 38 mm, Euroform delivers refined aesthetics and structural reliability. Maximise the lifespan of metal roofing with regular maintenance. Our guidelines emphasise the importance of upkeep, particularly in areas prone to salt and pollutants. By adhering to recommended practices, homeowners can mitigate accelerated corrosion and preserve structural integrity.

Transportation
Transport, Handling, and Storage
Handle cladding carefully during transport to prevent damage. When unloading manually, carry sheets on edge. For mechanical unloading, ensure at least two well-spaced supports or use a pallet to prevent bending or sagging. Consider using a spreader bar with cranes or Hiab’s and avoid handling single sheets in high winds.
Storage Recommendations:
- Proper storage is crucial to maintain product performance and appearance.
- Store cladding in a dry, well-ventilated area away from direct sunlight.
- Stack sheets on a flat, dry surface supported by bearers no more than 1 meter apart, ensuring they are at least 150 mm above ground level. Place plastic under the bearers and cover the stack with a tarpaulin to keep materials dry.
- If storing for more than 14 days, store indoors to prevent potential deterioration.
